abstract = "This paper proposes a cloud infrastructure for Space Systems
e-Engineering utilizing the Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
The system exposes services tailored to the concept design phase
of satellite manufacturing. The solution relies on two previous
works named SatBudgets and SpaceESB for budgeting automation and
service wrapping, respectively. It is expected that the
environment will promote collaboration among project stakeholders
and empower horizontal communications in the systems engineering
team. Basically, a cloud infrastructure, a groupware and all the
ancillary software components are open source and configurable so
that flexibility and scalability may be attained.",
